MY STORY

As an emerging digital engagement strategist, communications coordinator, and social media copywriter I've always been influenced by the tech giants of my home turf in San Mateo County, California, where innovation is second nature. Graduating from Gonzaga University in 2021 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in digital marketing, I've cultivated a passion for merging data-driven insights with creative design and persuasive writing.

My skill set spans digital design, web content management, writing (both journalism and business), social media strategy, data analytics, and campaign planning. I'm not content to stop there, as I'm actively teaching myself UI design and exploring the nuances of Patent and IP law.

In my current role as a Digital Communications Coordinator at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), I continue to refine my skills, creating engaging web content, email campaigns, and social media posts that disseminate vital health data to diverse audiences from around the world, posting in both English and Spanish. I'm on a constant quest for knowledge and I’m always eager to embrace new challenges and collaborative opportunities.

My journey is just beginning, and I look forward to the many milestones and growth ahead.
